Important Update – TELUS Health Virtual Care
EQ Care is going to update to a new virtual care platform on April 26 2022. This update will allow access to a wider network of allied health provides, such as mental health professionals, nutritionists, and physiotherapists. You also benefit from an expanded team of practitioners and physicians.
What Do I Do Now?
- If you have the EQ Care Mobile app, download the new TELUS Health Virtual Care App upon opening the EQ Care app.
- If you login online, you will be prompted to access a new login page: virtualcare.telushealth.com/patient
